Florida’s Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco has been asked to answer the question of whether alcohol infused gelatin is subject to the DABT’s current licensing and regulation as an “alcoholic beverage” defined under section 561.01(4)(a), Florida Statutes.
We will post the DABT’s answer when it is received.
