Luciana Salinas

Luciana Salinas is of counsel to Malkin Law. Luciana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from the University of Miami, a Master of Arts degree in International Relations, Europe - Latin America from the University of Bologna, and a Juris Doctor degree from the George Washington University Law School. She is admitted to practice law in New York and Florida.

Luciana focuses on business law, assisting clients in a wide array of corporate transactions, including entity formation and governance, private financings, and general commercial matters. She also assists in matters concerning compliance research and state licensing.
