Signature Selections LLC entered into an offer in compromise with TTB due to allegedly obtaining its TTB federal basic wholesale permits “through fraud, or misrepresentation, or concealment of material facts.” TTB alleged that the company obtained permits for an address in Delaware that it did not intendto operate, but worked out of New York. The alleged violations occurred from June 2016 through November 2022. Signature Selections agreed to pay $90,000.
